Continue returns to your most recently played board, whether it is a journey puzzle or free practice. Browsing the library or previewing a puzzle does not change it. The journey remains accessible from the home screen.

The journey has 60 steps. Free practice lets you explore the 100-puzzle library without advancing the journey. Their boards are saved separately.

Choose Cat, Dog or Mark, then tap an available square. Tap a placed pet to remove it. Moving a pet means removing it and placing it elsewhere; each edit can be undone separately. Girls and fixed clues cannot be edited.

Hint considers the whole current board and explains its reasoning before you choose whether to apply a suggestion. Focus provides a closer view and descriptions of a square and its surroundings; looking around does not edit the board.

Progress is stored on your device. Export a backup from Settings before moving devices, reinstalling, or clearing data. Undo history is kept with your saved game. There is no in-app automatic cloud sync.

Use Import in Settings and review the preview before replacing your progress. Follow any save or replacement choices shown. Valid v0.3 backups are supported; original v0.2 files are not directly supported. Keep your original file if an import fails.

First export a backup if possible. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing data while investigating. Tell us the app build, iOS version, language, what you expected, and what happened. Please do not send your backup unless needed and you choose to share it.

The app supports English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese, following your iPhone language preferences. Unsupported languages fall back to a supported preference or English. Use iPhone Accessibility settings for larger text. Some larger-text views scroll to keep the content readable.

Clues for Cuddles is currently in internal TestFlight testing. There is no public download or open beta link yet.
